LGP is Lodestone Ventures’ proprietary growth and acceleration program designed to enable entrepreneurs and early stage companies to successfully navigate various challenges and decisions that typically impede sustainable growth.

LGP is built on three key pillars:

EDUCATION

Live training sessions and/or content for the portfolio companies’ senior leadership teams throughout the life of the program to equip them with the know-how they need.

ADVICE

Entrepreneurs will have access to industry experts and advisory resources to help them successfully navigate the perils of early-stage businesses and better prepare them for faster growth.

LONGEVITY

We believe that an 18-24 month period is the right amount of time to address the most critical aspects in the life-cycle of a startup; LGP is not a traditional incubator/accelerator and is geared towards preparing companies for the future through a foundation of the best in class innovation, strategy, and governance know-how.
