B. Lila Ozkazanc

Strategy & Innovation

Lila focuses on strategy, innovation, and international market research at Lodestone Advisory Group. She completed her MBA degree at Belmont University with a dual concentration in International Business and Marketing.

While pursuing her degree, Lila served as a Graduate Assistant in International Business and in Music Business. She has also done graduate assistant work in Marketing and Finance in previous semesters. While in business school, Lila has completed web design/development projects for multiple clients in the hospitality and professional services industries. 

Prior to joining Lodestone, Lila worked as a Production Assistant at Multi-Platinum.com, and as a website operations and social media strategy intern at 12 South Marketing, where she performed market research, created content for emails, blog posts, and lead magnets, developed social media strategies, executed Facebook advertising, and created video content to be released on various social media channels.

Lila earned a BA in Communications and Design from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey and an associate degree in Music Business at the SAE Institute of Technology in Nashville, where she graduated valedictorian of her class. Lila is fluent in Turkish, English, and Spanish.
