Private Sector

Our Corporate Innovation practice entails a range of services depending on the size and stage of our client. Our main focus includes internal capacity building and process enablement. We also focus on corporate venture capital enablement, capacity building, governance, and process mapping.

Public Sector

We work with governments, nonprofits and NGOs to analyze innovation at an ecosystem level, mapping the resources available to entrepreneurs, small businesses and larger companies, then putting strategies in place to fill those gaps.  Innovation is the most sustainable economic development tool - a thriving entrepreneurial environment is typically complemented by small business to serve those high growth companies, and when they continue to grow, typically larger corporates move in to be close to them as customers/partners/acquisition targets/etc.
